I like your playing; I like drummers who play rock with a lot of ghostnotes.
As for the solo… well honestly I'm always bored by solos anyway.
What are the (physical) characteristics of those crashes you are using? If I happen to buy another crash, a 15" or 16" of that kind would probably fit pretty good…

They are 16,5" medium and 18" medium. I have hammered both of them to a very wide sound spectrum and they also speak well at very low volumes.J. a écrit : What are the (physical) characteristics of those crashes you are using? If
That's what I usually do when I hammer crashes, I want them to open up and actually sound like a crash at a SOFT touch (most factory crashes have to be hit quite hard to get a "crash" tone).
Most of my crashes can also be used as light rides.
The 16,5" was a Paiste 602 originally and can be seen and heard in this section of my website:

The 18" has just been sold to a British drummer.
The 18" Ripple Trash is in this section:

I'll hammer that nasty little squirrel !Majyk Oyster a écrit :looks like you have a furious squirrel in your left shoe near the end
Actually it was the bass-player throwing itching powder into my left shoe because he thought my solo took too long
